Refund Policy

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or refund.

To start a return, email contact@needohshop.au with your order number and the reason for the return. We will give you the return address and instructions.

Return shipping is paid by you, unless the reason is a defective product, a damaged item, or a wrong item sent by us. In those cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. Items that show signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or missing packaging may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we process the refund within 5-7 business days. The refund goes back to your original payment method. It may take a few extra days for your bank or card provider to show the refund.

If you return a non-defective item, the original shipping cost is not refunded. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, because we cannot process a refund for a lost package.
